One warehouse for search, crawl and AI answers.
Prism brings Search Console, GA4, your crawl and your brand’s AI answers into one warehouse, and keeps every month of history past Google’s 16-month limit.

Search Console, Analytics 4, Lighthouse, the Prism crawler, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity flow into Prism and come out as clicks, impressions, CTR, average position, queries and click gap; sessions and engagement; crawl issues by severity, health score, indexable pages, Core Web Vitals, orphan pages and thin content; AI visibility, citations, brand mentions, answer position and the competitor leaderboard.
Year-on-year that still works in year three.
Prism syncs your data once a day into its own store and keeps every day of it. Most tools query Google live and inherit its row caps and 16-month history.
- Yesterday corrects itself
Google finalises recent numbers late, so every sync re-pulls the days still settling.
- Backfilled on connect
Connect a property and the full 16 months of history queues automatically.
- Counted by meaning, not spelling
Queries that mean the same thing count as one, powering Keyword Clusters, Cannibalization and the AI ↔ SEO Bridge.
Seventeen reports on your full history.
Queries, pages, markets, SERP features: every question answered inside Prism, on the full history of your site.
- Opportunities
- Striking-distance queries, underperforming pages and sustained declines, surfaced automatically.
- Cannibalization
- See which pages compete for the same query, and which one should win.
- Click Gap
- Track queries gained and lost between periods, and where the clicks moved.

The day Google changed which page it ranks.
Open one query and see every URL that has ranked for it, the dated moments the ranking page handed over, and how the query performs by market, by device and against your own click-through curve.
- Page swaps, dated
- The day one of your URLs took a query over from another, with each page’s share of the impressions either side of it.
- A one-day flip is not a swap
- A change is reported once the incoming page has led on 7 of the next 10 days that carry data.
- The page ranking today
- Its status code, its indexability and its last crawl, beside the clicks it is currently taking.

Your customers ask ChatGPT before they ask Google.
Track the prompts that matter across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. Prism keeps every full answer, on a schedule you set.
- Every answer, taken apart
Who was named, in what order, how they were described, and which URLs were cited.
- Competitors, discovered
Rival brands are read out of the answers themselves, with a count of how often they appear.
- Citation Gap
See the prompts where a competitor won the citation, exportable as an outreach list.

Fix what costs you traffic first.
Fix First sorts every crawl finding by what it is doing to your traffic: broken pages still taking clicks, losses that can be recovered, upside, housekeeping. Complete crawls, every page, Lighthouse included.
- Fix First
- Every finding classified by its effect on traffic, not by how alarming it looks.
- Issues
- All findings grouped by severity, with the share of pages affected.
- Crawl Comparison
- See exactly what changed between two crawls: pages, scores and issues.

Frequently asked questions
What do I get without paying?
All 17 Search Performance reports, all 14 Site Health reports, the 4 GA4 Traffic reports and up to 10 properties. It is not a trial, so there is no expiry date and no card. New accounts also get 100 credits, which covers one full answer-engine scan across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. Ongoing answer-engine monitoring starts at $19/mo.
How does answer-engine tracking actually work?
You write the prompts your customers would type, and Prism puts them to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity on the schedule you set. The complete response is stored rather than a score. From that text Prism pulls whether your brand was named and where in the answer, the sentiment around the mention, every other brand that appeared, every URL cited, and any follow-up searches the engine ran before it answered.
What is a credit?
Credits pay for answer-engine calls, and nothing else on the platform touches them. An answer fetched with live web search costs 4 and a cached one costs 2, so ten prompts across all four engines works out at roughly 140 credits a run. They reset monthly and do not roll over.
How many prompts can I track?
Ten on Starter, 50 on Pro and 100 on Enterprise, per property. How often they run is yours to set, and the credit cost of a run is shown before you schedule it.
How far back does Search Console data go?
Google’s API only serves 16 months. Connecting a property queues a backfill of that whole window, a month per pass, and every daily sync after it is stored permanently, so your history keeps growing past Google’s cap. Each sync also re-pulls a five-day window, because Search Console finalises its numbers two to three days late.
Can I see when Google changed which page it ranks for a query?
Yes, for any query in your Search Console data. Open it from the Keywords report and Prism lists every URL that has been returned for it inside your stored history, with the dates the page Google predominantly shows handed over from one URL to another. A change is only counted once the incoming page has been the highest-impression page on at least 7 of the next 10 days that carry data, so a one-day flip is not reported as a swap, and a change too recent to judge is marked as pending. Prism records that the page changed and when, not why.
What does the crawler check?
Whether Google can have the page at all, which covers the status it returned, where its redirects end up, what its canonical points at and whether the robots meta tag and the X-Robots-Tag response header agree. Then whether the page is worth having: length, near-duplicates, and titles and meta descriptions that are missing or reused. Then what links to it, what it links out to, and how it scores when Lighthouse runs against it. Findings are grouped by severity in Issues, and Fix First classifies the same list by what each one is doing to your traffic.
Do you store my Google credentials?
No. Search Console and GA4 connect by read-only OAuth, and Google hands back a token rather than a password.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Both, from billing settings, with no contract. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle; cancelling stops any further charge.
